Nirmal Ananda - A simple purification process

Nirmal Ananda
A simple purification process

In Bengali, ‘Nirmal’ means ‘to purify’ or ‘purified’ and ‘Ananda’ means bliss.
In the process of developing ‘Base Understanding’, we have covered up three steps as follows:

• Responsibility and Resolution
• The social identity as ‘human being’
• The personal identity as ‘self consciousness’

At the end of the third stage, we understand intellectually and also feel that we are supposed to be at the highest state of condition in all respects. We understand that we should have vibrant health, serenity, creativity and fulfillment .. sky has no limit and nothing is unachievable.

In practical world we experience differently.
We are diseased, unhappy, distressed, always under tremendous mental pressure eating up ourselves.

At this stage, we understand that toxin has been accumulated in both physical and mental level which also creates disruptions in energy flow. This lack of harmony of body-mind-prana makes us diseased and distressed.

Nirmal Ananda is a purification process which help us to purify body and mind and to restore the energy flow. Thus we learn how to relax. This relaxation brings us nearer to the cosmic energy field, our receptive power increases. We become more capable of receiving powerful and creative vibration. This powerful field is always within us and surrounding us. But so long we fail to feel that vibration because of disrupted energy flow due to toxin in the body and mind.

Purification process : What we need to do ?

We need to work for one hour a day. We should do selected physical exercises and breathing exercises and also do something for restoration of mental health and relaxation.

Thus the practice will be of three parts:-

FIRST PART: Physical Exercises: Only 15 minutes will be needed daily to achieve a specific targets like
• Bowel efficiency
• Functional improvement of abdominal organs
• Spinal health
The above three along with perfect food habit will restore our natural health.

SECOND PART : Breathing Exercises 15 minutes will be needed daily to achieve a specific targets like
• Enhancement of Energy
• Balancing of body-mind-energy
• Building a good preparatory base for meditation

THIRD PART : Relaxation: Release of stress: Meditation : Peace of mind… 30 minutes daily

There are lot of exercises with various benefits. We have no time to practice so many exercises and we do not need to do all of them also. Hence this selection which is based on long twenty years experiences.
Those are all result oriented, time bound, simple yet powerful practices.

How they will work ?

Regarding Physical exercises, we should practise a set 3 exercises 10 times each as first thing in the morning after drinking 2glasses of water and one exercise 30 minutes before evening meals. These four exercises combined called Tadasan series and will ensure effective bowel movement within a month. Five minutes daily is to be spent for this.
Then Leg Exercises and Vazrasan series combined will ensure functional improvement of abdominal organs and at the same time ensure restoration of spinal health. Ten minutes daily is to be spent for this.
Besides optional practice will be advised as follows.. Anti-Rheumatic (bone-joints) exercises and Suya Namaskar- a very good all purpose exercises.
Regarding Breathing exercises, a set of 5/6 exercises will be enough.
The practice of Bhastrika and Kapalvati will ensure supply of more oxygen (hence energy) to the system.
The practice of Alternate nostril breath will ensure/establish balance/harmony of physical-mental-energy bodies.
The practice of Bhramari and Om-chanting will help us relax and prepare ourselves for meditation.
Regarding Relaxation and mental health, to start with, we need to do shavasana with body and breath awareness, observation of breath in sitting postures, reading a set of selected motivational books etc.

The basic point is our desire for a life with drug free natural health and determination of breaking the ‘comfort zone’ and going for necessary change as per advice.

To ensure full benefit from all these, one must gives one’s total effort. One cannot expect total benefit by giving partial faith, partial respect and partial effort.

If someone from any where in the world is interested to know those techniques for personal improvement, please feel free to contact me. I shall be very much happy to provide all the necessary information.
